On our website, you will get our "satisfaction guaranteed" clause. If an item does not correspond to what you expected, please contact us by mail or telephone in the 15 days following delivery date. You will then return the item undamaged, preferably in its original shipping package, with the return number and bill.

When our responsibility is engaged, the shipping expenses will be refunded after we receive the item. If you are asking for a change for your personal convenience, the shipping expenses will then remain yours to pay.

In both cases, you can either change your item or get your money back.
