Rules for the exercise of the right of withdrawal

You have the rightto withdraw from this agreement within 14 (fourteen) days without mentioning the reason.
The right of withdrawal will expire after 14 days from the date on which you have received the goods.

You can download withdrawal form HERE. You should send the product in the original packaging and complete package, as well as a purchase invoice, and submit a written withdrawal form. Consequences of refusal:

If you opt out of this agreement, we will refund you all payments received from you, including shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed of your decision to opt out of this agreement. In any case, in connection with such a refund, you will not be charged any fee.
You must hand over the goods www.icredo.co.uk in the warehouse at Daugavas street 38, Marupe, Latvia, without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 days from the date when you notified us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. The deadline will be met if you send the goods back to the warehouse address, before the expiration of 14 days.
You are solely responsible for the impairment of the goods if the goods were used not for the purpose of establishing the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods, but for other purposes.
During the period of use of the right of withdrawal, you have the right to use the product to the extent necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and operation of the product. The consumer must ensure that the purchased product fully retains its original appearance and the value of the new product when it is returned.
It is important that the consumer, when acquainted with the purchased product, should trust that the device performs all the functions declared by the manufacturer.
By exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the use of the goods that goes beyond the purpose of the examination of the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods. You are responsible for the use of the goods during the period of exercise of the right of withdrawal, which is incompatible with the principle of good faith, as well as for the decrease in the value, quality and safety of the goods. If the consumer has exceeded his rights for the purpose of acquaintance and has used the device, which the seller has established by clear external signs, as a result of which the product has lost its original – new goods value, the seller has the full right not to accept the product back, not to exchange the used device for any other product, as well The seller, observing the consumer's rights, has the right to offer the consumer a partial compensation of the value of the goods, taking into account the degree of depreciation of the goods.

You can exercise the right of withdrawal and unilaterally withdraw from the contract within 14 days covering:
1. expenses for delivery of goods;
2. direct costs of Return of goods, except in cases where SIA "Credo Baltic" has agreed to cover these costs;
3. expenses that has occured due using item for other purposes than stated in manuals.

The consumer can not use the right of withdrawal rights if:

1. upon return of the product, it is found that the item is mechanically and / or visually damaged;
